Haelvoet introduces the innovative Nora bed at World Health Expo 2026
From 9 to 12 February 2026 Haelvoet will participate in World Health Expo (WHX) in Dubai, UAE, a leading international healthcare trade fair formerly known as Arab Health.
This is the perfect opportunity to discover our latest innovations up close and experience why Haelvoet is a reliable partner for healthcare furniture.
During this edition, Haelvoet will present the complete Nora range. The hospital bed will be showcased together with the Soft Wave anti-decubitus mattress combining comfort, safety, and ease of use in an innovative column design. Thanks to its open undercarriage, the bed is easy to clean. The integrated weighing system measures patient weight with an accuracy of up to 100 grammes, regardless of the position of the mattress platform.
The Nora Day Hospital bed will also be introduced, equipped with WeAssist™ as a 5th castor. WeAssist™ is an innovative mobility solution developed by Tente and Linak, making it significantly easier to move a hospital bed without the assistance of a second person. The system registers impulses applied by the user’s hands on the bed and provides the necessary support for almost any manoeuvre thanks to intelligent software and the TENTE Integral Assist castor.
Haelvoet will also present the Avento Day-flex , a versatile and mobile relax chair for day hospitals, dialysis centres, and oncology departments. Its compact design and flexible functionality make this chair suitable for various treatments.
New this year is the active anti-decubitus seat, which stimulates blood circulation through alternating pressure distribution and helps reduce the risk of pressure ulcers. This technology is integrated for the first time in the ZenSo relax chair.
Finally, the Lago Hospital Bariatric will be introduced: a robust hospital bed designed for patients with higher body weight, with a focus on stability and durability.
